Are you having any fun today? Do something that makes you smile. Look at things simply and try not to allow the chatter of your to mind spoil your happiness. Maybe watch old comedy shows. See the irony in something. Give up on trying, just for a little while; Allow your life to flow and accept things more easily. Don't block your joy - your natural state is to be light. Remember your inner child, likes fun and laughter. Listen to you. Take a break...look after YOU.
