SESSION ONE – WHO AND WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW?
The first session is an introductory session where we begin to understand each other and explore how you feel and what you would like to achieve. This session is mainly about me listening to what is happening for you and evaluating your current circumstances. I work intuitively through my guidance as well as using elements of both psychodynamic counselling, interpersonal counselling, and inner child work. I also use meditations, affirmations which are specific to you and send healing (if applicable.)
SESSION TWO – RELATIONSHIPS, FORGIVING AND RELEASING – CO-DEPENDENCY – INNER CHILD
In session two, we will be delving a little deeper into any relationships which are coming up, family, friends or romantic relationships and exploring where you are in these. If you are feeling stuck or blocked because of a past relationship, co-dependency or lack of confidence. I will be holding that space for you and suggest methods and techniques which I have found to be successful in healing and releasing. There will be a meditation for the inner child and looking at anything that is preventing you from moving forward. I will also be giving you an affirmation to work with that we can return to for session three to have an idea of how things are progressing.
SESSION THREE – YOUR IDENTITY AND ROOT – CREATING A VISION
There will be a meditation where we visualise where you would like to be. This session is about Identifying your own needs. What is crucial for you? Are you living the life you want, or are you stuck in a pattern? We will create a new vision which we will continue in the next session with a vision board. For this session, you will be getting your ideas down on paper and delving into what makes your heart sing and what you want to release permanently. We will explore positive strategies to enable this to work. We will be following up the affirmations and also modifying any to bring you into the NOW, to create your new awareness of who you are where you wish to be.
SESSION FOUR – THE POWER OF THE NOW
This session will reflect on the wisdom of the Power of the Now, and The New Earth two incredible books by Eckhart Tolle and his understanding. We will be doing meditation together to help you stay in the now, which is a technique you can practice daily. We will be re-visiting your affirmations and vision board and discussion it as well as looking at the practicalities of how this is possible. We will be exploring any changes that have taken place since our last session. How things have changed for you since we began this journey and if we need to re-visit any former blocks to strengthen your sense of self.
SESSION FIVE – LANGUAGE EXPRESSION AND CREATIVITY – elements of NLP and the Law of Attraction
We will be discussing how the Law of Attraction and co-creation works and how you can engage in it to change your reality. We will also focus on how everyday things are said and how to rephrase them. Learning to trust yourself, trust in the process of your actions and reactions. How to write a different script which is your script and aligns to your unique blueprint. Building up more trust through trust and responsibility. Sharing ways which you can grow and learn to trust YOU in new and exciting ways. – writing a gratitude list and transformation – alchemy. Looking at each of the 7 chakras.
SESSION SIX – EVALUATION – RELEASING FROM THE SOLAR PLEXUS – MEDITATION & GRATITUDE.
Exploring your journey, what has worked, what you wish to re-visit. After the fifth session, some of your views may have changed. Looking at the affirmations to see what you have gained. Value and valuing yourself going forward. Your plan and how you are going to commit to your future journey. Understanding the importance of positive people around you to support you and understand you. Letting go of things as well of people that no longer serve you and the de-cording process. Learning how to connect to your higher self for guidance. Reflecting on your gratitude list. Ongoing support and how this will work. (optional).
