Reiki is a form of hands on healing. It is believed to date back hundreds of years. A reiki healer is a channel for universal energy. it is with faith and intent healing is given. Anyone can receive this wonderful healing energy. However an open mind and flexible approach is often a good starting point.

A session takes approximately 45 minutes plus 15 minutes consultation. I encourage clients to receive at least three treatments for optimum benefit. It is also very effective on animals. In Japanese Rei stands for Holy Spirit and Ki means energy, nature, talent and feeling. Reiki translates as universal life energy.
